Summer sausage varieties include world-champion Jim's Blue Ribbon, Silver Creek All Beef, Busch Gourmet Beef and Heid Turkey, Venison and Buffalo sausage. Snack items include hot rods, all beef snack sticks and the new gourmet line of strip snacks including chicken breast strips with romano cheese, black bean salsa and Wisconsin cheddar or the dried beef sirloin strips with cranberries and blueberries.
